Delivery

On acceptance of an order, we may confirm the period of shipment or delivery. This is subject to change depending on your destination and any circumstances that are out of the control of Douglas and Bec.

Douglas and Bec and our freight partner accept no liability for any loss or damage if you give authority for the courier to leave the Goods with a third party or left unattended (location nominated by you). We reserve the right to charge additional costs for unusual access not advised in writing and if the nominated site is not ready to accept the Goods on the date agreed upon. If you fail to provide us with any appropriate instructions, documents, licences or authorisations for the delivery to be completed, we reserve the right to Invoice you all additional costs that this may incur. For international deliveries, Douglas and Bec take no responsibility for any taxes or duties incurred once the Goods leave the hands of Douglas and Bec. Shipment and delivery operates between business hours 9am - 5pm from Monday through to Friday and does not include public holidays.

ADDITIONAL ONLINE SHIPMENT & DELIVERY TERMS

All Online Orders are dealt with through: enquiries@douglasandbec.co.nz - Should any issues arise please contact this email address. As soon as you place an order with Douglas and Bec you will receive an email confirmation. Please contact the email above should you not receive this within 48 hours. All retail products are expected to arrive within 5 -7 working days. Douglas and Bec Furniture, Lighting and Homewares are not included as a lead time applies to all Douglas and Bec products. Small, Medium, Large or Oversized Orders will be delivered via Post or Courier and costs will be calculated based on weight and distance in the checkout. Please note, for delivery of large items to remote areas, we may be required to obtain a quote separately, and a customer service member will contact you directly.
